We assisted with the business model transition of “Michi no Ramen” in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, as it opened its second location.
Our support included developing a menu centered on tsukemen, creating the accompanying recipes, and providing consulting on the cooking processes.
To ensure consistent quality, we conducted a soft opening at the actual restaurant as the final step.
