Travel Expenses

We are based in Tokyo. Travel expenses apply when services are provided outside Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Saitama.
There is no extra charge for travel within these three prefectures.

Accommodation Expenses

For consultations spanning multiple days, we kindly ask for an accommodation fee of 15,000 JPY per day.

Business Consulting Fee

Business Consulting Fee

Fees may vary depending on the package and scope of support, but as a guideline, consulting is charged at 20,000 JPY per day.
For new store openings, we ensure comprehensive, full support.

One-Time Option

Our consulting services are available from 500,000 JPY for about one week of support.

Ongoing Mid- to Long-Term Support

After your restaurant opens, we provide ongoing support every three months, with a guideline fee of around 3%–5% of sales.
The exact amount will be discussed together, but our support always maintains quality—covering everything from operational guidance to ingredient sourcing.
(Please note that depending on the scale of the project, an initial fee of 300,000 JPY or more may apply at the time of the first contract.)

Before finalizing the opening project

1. Store design and equipment advice based on the concept

This is the first step toward success — the foundational design that shapes the future of the business. Our role is not only to aim for success, but for great success, by harnessing and bringing to life the owner’s ideas.

After securing the property (1–2 months before opening)

1. Final confirmation of the store layout (flow line check)

Once construction is completed, making modifications is difficult. The flow of movement within the store plays a crucial role in ensuring success. Since seating capacity and staff placement are also involved, we provide advice while working closely with the owner.

2. Advice on customer acquisition plans (pre-opening branding)

Promotion and announcements before opening are an essential part of the path to success. This is also a crucial period for leveraging social media and ensuring a stable flow of customers from day one. We will propose a wide variety of plans and work together to build a strong team.

3. Advice on menu, recipes, and manual creation

We provide templates and suggestions for menus and manuals tailored to various business models. Let’s work together to discover the very best approach.

1–2 weeks before opening

1. Training guidance

Let’s refine and polish the finalized menus and recipes. Every action is built from the ground up, and overcoming this stage is vital for success. We provide advice to help raise motivation in a structured and sustainable way.

2. Operation check

From start to finish, we work side by side with the owner and the team who will be running the business, sharing in the start of this new journey. By finding common ground across different cultures and habits, our goal is to enhance both technical skills and customer service while staying true to the store’s concept — always aiming for the highest quality.

Opening to 2 weeks

Operational support

During the first week after opening, many challenges and areas for improvement inevitably arise. This is the period when swift responses and decisive action are most required. To ensure the best possible next six months and a strong future, we provide full support for one to two weeks, working as a member of the store’s staff alongside your team.

3 months after opening

Menu, recipe review and staff testing

We conduct staff tests and evaluations with a focus on maintaining and developing the store’s good condition. Through this process, we provide advice to prevent unnecessary rules or unauthorized changes to rules by employees, thereby ensuring proper store maintenance and sustainability.

After-support

We conduct regular check-ups once every six months.

By reviewing goals together with the owner twice a year, we can confirm progress, make necessary adjustments, and most importantly, ensure proper staff management. Of course, we also respond flexibly to any requests at any time.
