SHIBASAKI JT Indonesia
Inside the Senayan Shopping Mall in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, we have opened our first franchise location under the name “SHIBASAKI JT” within “Yashinomi Yokocho”, an area where stores preserving Japanese culture are gathered.
Centered around men-sen (fine noodles), we are passing on Japan’s top-level ramen-making techniques to non-Japanese staff. In addition, by bringing in noodle-making machines from Japan, we have also launched noodle production under the brand “Senayan Seimen.”
主な取り組み
- Product offerings and special menu development

- On-site guidance once every six months (one week at the location)
In overseas consulting, one of the biggest challenges lies in coordinating with local timeframes. Unlike in Japan, opening schedules often lack strict planning, and delays of up to six months are common. Even with flexibility and foresight, adjustments will inevitably be required.
Our consulting services also demand a wide range of responses and on-site guidance, and we assure you that our company is fully capable of handling these matters with flexibility and reliability.
As for contracts, each country has its own legal system, and we adapt accordingly. Contracts are prepared in compliance with the laws of the country where the business is being launched.
Our greatest strength lies in faithfully passing on Japanese techniques and ensuring the delivery of authenticity. In Jakarta, for example, rapid economic growth has been accompanied by remarkable development in food culture, and we have been able to achieve customer engagement results on par with Japan.
